 Sunset Villa with panoramic lake views and extensive decks on lake side of street just a stone's throw from the water.  New Construction that is finely finished with hardwood trim and bamboo flooring to Brazilian Cherry cabinetry with granite counter tops as well as glass block shower.  Windows abound from the inside with numerous 'pictures of the lake' including seven floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to the decks and for open lake views.

First floor has a bonus kitchenette for day use when at the beach as well as an outside shower for washing off sand before entering the villa.  2nd floor is a master suite with dual sink and walk-in glass block shower with bath, washer and dryer, and a large private deck off the suit. Our 3rd floor is the main living space for the villa with a fully-equipped kitchen, family area with flat screen TV, unique extended dining room with windows on three sides.  Finally, a roof deck to top it all off!
