“Sunset Villa East”

Location: Sheridan Beach, Indiana  1 hour from Chicago, 3 hours from Indianapolis and minutes from Michigan)

Accommodations:  3 Tier Townhome 2  Bedrooms + Convertible beds, 2 Baths with HOTTUB (Sleeps 6-8) 2 queen beds, 2 double pull-out beds

You can also add "Sunset Villa West" the other gorgeous townhome with roof-top deck next to this one, 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths, sleeps 8-10 or Add 1 bedroom "Sunset Villa Lower" .

This amazing property has amazing views for an amazing vacation. Located on the beach with just a few steps over the soft sand dune, you have miles of Lake Michigan shoreline. Decks on every level provides quiet places to relax and listen to the waves. 

Walking into the main level you have a very spacious living room with Flat Screen TV, fireplace and wetbar/kitchenette for any quick drinks or snacks after the beach. A full bath that includes a jetted tub, pullout in the living and a bedroom off for privacy but still conveniently placed on the main level.

The bedroom located on this floor contains  one queen bed. Spread out on th esecond level is the spacious master with full slider walkouts to deck containing a new 4 person hottub with views for daytime use and natural Lake Michigan sounds you can hear during nighttime use. Off the master bedroom containing the queen bed is the huge master bath that features a walk in glass block shower with rainfall effects, double sinks and the laundry services right off of the bathroom.

On the next and final level is a large living area with another flat screen and fully updated kitchen and dining with PANORAMIC Views of this property's Soft, sandy beach. You can even see into Michigan on a clear day. Right off of the kitchen thru the full sliders is outdoor seating and gas grill for the BBQs you will be heating up.

After dinner head out to the roof top deck or right down to the beach, to finish your evenings with unforgettable Lake Michigan sunsets. Don't forget the outdoor shower and beachpath is located right outside your main level door!
