Beach Access: 1 1/2 Blocks from Beach
Accommodations: House with outdoor hottub(Hottub Operating April of 2012), 4 Bedrooms 2 Baths (Sleeps 12) Bed Configurations: 1 bedroom with King, 1 Bedroom with Queen, 1 Bedroom with Queen, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed with 2 beds plus 1 free-standing twin. 2 double pullouts
Traditonally built home with large wrap around deck with multiple areas of seating. This homes wrap around gives you 5 seperate areas of seating outdoors. The outdoor also includes a deluxe firepit for all seasons, large grill with plenty of grilling space.
This beach home is protected by trees, yet has partial Lake views and is just a 10 minute walk to zoo, marina, events and restaurants.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essential entertaining supplies, as well as dining indoor for 10, with dining on deck right off of kitchen for 10. Cozy wood-burning fireplace for Spring, winter and fall months that will leave you remembering the warm-fuzzy memories for years.

Rental Rates:
$500 Deposit and Signed Rental Agreement to book. Full Rental Rate due 30 days prior to reservation.
All rates include bed and bath linens, maid service(weekly booking) and checkout cleaning fee. Please add 7% IN state tax
October 1st thru May 31st-$1800wk
Memorial Weekend-$1200
June 1st thru June 19th-$2400wk
June 26th thru August 20th-$3000-$3250 week
August 20th thru September 3rd-$2600wk
Labor Day Weekend-$1800
2 day Weekends available September thru May for $900-$1000 for Fri-Sun
