Read through the below information carefully to help us make your planning and stay more comfortable.

Reservation Information

When you have decided to book please let us know immediately so we may secure your dates.

• We will need your billing name, address and number of guests in party.
• We will email or mail you an agreement for you to print, sign and mail back to us with intial payment.

• The deposits are fully refundable if reservation is canceled within 45 days of rental date(minus a $99 cancellation charge) or as a security deposit and upon checkout within 60 day    *No calls or emails will be returned requesting it back sooner or asking for the status of return if prior to 60 days beyond check-out. **If there has been a discrepancy in the home, you will be notified within 10 days of checkout or sooner.

• All rental rates are due no later than, 45 days prior to your booking to continue to hold your reservation. At that time please let us know of any special requests you may have so we can guarantee it during your stay.

• All rates include linens, mid-week maid service, and checkout cleaning. *
• 6% MI tax and 7% IN Taxis added to each rental rate quoted.

   
• The homes we represent are luxurious and clean vacation homes that we expect our guests to treat as if they were theirs. Please abide by the rules in the rental agreement and pay special attention to check out duties to guarantee your full refund of deposit.

You must be 25 to rent one of the properties we feature and will be held accountable for everyone in your party.

• Check in time is 4pm- Check Out time is 10am
• Booking earlier in the season can help secure earlier or later check in or check out times if needed, at no additional cost.

• All rentals include bed and bath linens and an intial stock of(usually quantity of 1) garbage bag, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, coffee filter and basic cleaning supplies. Rentals do not refills of toilet paper or toiletries.
• All rentals have a fully-stocked kitchen that includes, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers, toasters, pots and pans, corkscrews etc. If you need a specific kitchen item please confirm with us first before arriving so we can make sure you are prepared.
• All rentals have local phone and cable service.
• All rentals include adequate outdoor furniture. If you require something specific such as a large outdoor dining table, please let us know so we can stock it. *There may be an extra charge. 

• Don't forget we offer extra services such as Grocery delivery prior to check in, arranging waverunner rental etc.

• If you have other family that is interested in a home close by, we have quite a few options by all of our properties and sometimes offer incentives for multiple bookings 
•  
• Once your full fees are paid 45 days prior to check-in, we will mail you property-specific check in information, as well as the travel guide specific to your vacation property. We cannot guarantee up-to-date information if you request these items sooner.
