A Brand new home built in 09 that is very spacious and private. This home has 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites, each with king size beds, whirlpool tubs and separate showers. The other 2 bedrooms are just as comfy with 2 twins in one and 2 double beds in the other with a sleeper sofa in the loft area. The living room contains a gas fireplace that you can see through to the private sitting area. A fully equipped kitchen will give you plenty of room for sitting down to dinner together. The private beach access is a short stroll down "woodsy" Michiana drive. The private park a block away contains volleyball, tennis courts, basketball court and play ground.

 This home is perfect for extended family to join the vacation and you cannot beat the space for the price!
